Award for TOP training organisation and 31st company anniversary
Vocational training for young people has been an integral part of the company for 27 years now. A total of 55 trainees have been trained so far. Many of the young skilled workers continue to work in the company after their training and contribute actively to the success of rmw Kabelsysteme GmbH with their knowledge and skills.
This commitment has now been recognized by the East Thuringia Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). As part of a small company party, Mr. Säckl from the IHK Ostthüringen presented the award for "TOP training company in the Saale-Holzland district 2022" to the managing director of rmw, Mr. Dietmar Körner.
At this point, a heartfelt thank you again to Mr. Stephan Opitz and Mr. Tim Braunert for their commitment in the field of vocational training at rmw Kabelsysteme GmbH.
District administrator Mr. Andreas Heller, the mayor of Crossen, Mr. Uwe Berndt and the shareholder, Mr. Müller, were also guests for the award and small company party.
Together with the all the employees, they were happy about the award and celebrated the company's 31st anniversary.
